VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – North Dakota Republican Gubernatorial candidate, Congressman Kelly Armstrong held a meet and greet in Valley City and one in Jamestown on Saturday, June 8th to hold a Question and Answer session with supporters.
Armstrong was interviewed before the meet and greet in Valley City, he talked about why he doesn’t support the initiated measure to eliminate property taxes in North Dakota.
