VALLEY CITY, N.D. – The Bridges Arts Council is proud to announce our fourth season of Sunday Afternoons in Pioneer Park with our first event featuring a homegrown Valley City performer, Dale Harris. This event will take place on Sunday, June 9th at 5:30 PM at the Pioneer Park Amphitheater located at 800 4th St. NW. This year’s lineup includes some great
performers that will be perfect in the smaller, more intimate setting of Pioneer Park. You will not want to miss a single performance!

Dale Harris “A Troubadour for Jesus” now calls Kannapolis, North Carolina home. However, for the first 55 years of his life Valley City and the “701” were his home. He met and married his wife Gerri and raised two daughters, Jamie and Laura, here in Valley City. In 2010, he decided to relocate to North Carolina to be closer to his grandchildren. Dale has always shared his faith in Jesus, with music and song. From his earliest youth, he recalls being emotionally moved by music and driven to both write and perform. He plays in church settings, public houses, and various local venues around Charlotte, North Carolina. Faith, family, and music are three inseparable parts of Dale’s life.

This event is part of the programming at the Pioneer Park Amphitheater. The Bridges Arts Council, along with other community members and groups, helped renovate the Pioneer Park Amphitheater to once again bring live programming to the amphitheater space.
