VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Area businesses and community members welcomed Valley City State University students and staff for a fun evening called “Summer Vikes on Central” to welcome incoming and current students to the community.
VCSU’s marching band marched up Central Avenue from the University’s footbridge on Thursday, September 12th.
Attendees enjoyed the music of “Tripwire”, food and beverage vendors, the painting of a mural on the north wall of Valley Office Works, and a Dunk Tank to benefit the Sheyenne Valley Friends of Animals local pet shelter.
Congratulations to the members of the Summer Nights On Central Committee who work so hard to make this another enjoyable event for the entire community. We look forward to the Summer Nights on Central lineup coming back to Valley City in the summer of 2025.
