VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Heavy downpours in a short period of time continue to create problems for businesses located on a frontage road west of the Loves truck stop in Valley City.
Layne Glines of Health Food Ingredients known as HFI, addressed the issue during a city commission meeting on Tuesday, August 6th.
