CASS COUNTY, N.D. (CCSO) – Multiple area law enforcement personnel placed 26-year-old Kyle E. McLeod of Moorhead, MN in custody in relation to the shooting incident that took place on the evening of July 31st, 2024, in rural Cass County (ND).
Cass County Sheriff Deputies continued their investigative efforts resulting in the arrest of McLeod at a West Fargo residence. McLeod was arrested without incident and transported to the Cass County Jail, where he is being held on a multitude of charges. McLeod is one of two men arrested in the July 31st shooting.
32-year-old Starmaine Hoeper of Moorhead, MN was arrested last week and faces an attempted murder charge stemming from the July 31st shooting in rural Cass County.
