Phony Money Passed to a Valley City Business

VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Valley City business reported that someone passed phony $100 bills to them recently.

Valley City Police Chief Nick Horner is reminding businesses to use their fake bill detectors to protect your business from being victimized by fake money.

He said the Valley City police department mailed the five phony $100 bills to the Secret Service office for further investigation.
