VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Parks and Recreation is excited to host the upcoming Safety in the Park Carnival event, set to take place at Chautauqua Park on Wednesday, July 31st from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
This event is an excellent opportunity for the community to engage with our dedicated first responders including the Valley City Fire Department, Valley City Police Department, Barnes County Ambulance, Barnes County Sheriff Department, Department of Corrections, and Green Dot. Get a behind-the-scenes look at their vehicles, ask questions, and say hello! They may even have fun activities planned at their stations!
A free meal of hot dogs, chips, and water will be served, and there will be fun for the kids including bounce houses, games, and some rockin’ tunes by Big Hammer Music Entertainment.
Stop by for supper and meet those who keep our community safe this Wednesday, July 31st from 4:30 – 6:00 PM in Chautauqua Park.
