JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A garage was a total loss following a fire on Monday, according to the Jamestown Fire Department.
The department was dispatched at 5:24 p.m. to a report of a garage fire at 901 6th Ave. SE. There was heavy smoke coming from the unattached 2 ½-stall garage when firefighters arrived.
Firefighters had control of the fire by 5:54 p.m. and cleared the scene at 6:30 p.m.. Twenty-four firefighters and five units responded.
The cause is under investigation at this time. No injuries were reported.
