BISMARCK, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Fargo Parole, Probation, and Pretrial Services Office is seeking a high-risk sex offender who can no longer can be accounted for or located.
Savoy Weldon Abraham, 38, is a American Indian male, 5’10”, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His current whereabouts are unknown; however, and last known information is that he was at the Wal-Mart in Dilworth, MN. Abraham is currently on supervision for Contact by bodily fluids-Correctional employee-knowingly.
