HARVEY, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A man who police say was shot while trying to rob a home in Harvey, ND was arrested.
Harvey Police say on Thursday, Jan. 23, Jacob Gable was arrested by the Wells County Sheriff’s Department and the Harvey Police Department. Police say this is tied to an incident in October, when police said a person was shot by a homeowner during an attempted break-in.
Chief John R. Foss says Gable faces one count each of attempted burglary, terrorizing, terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, ingesting a controlled substance, and criminal mischief.
