VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Barnes County Development Corporation Director of Economic Development Jennifer Feist encouraged the city to support a request for funds for the single-family housing pilot program.
She said the combined city and county goal is to entice more people to build single-family homes in the area.

Approve waiver of water and sanitary sewer tap fees including temporary meter charges. And approve of the $118,750 sourced from the city sales tax dedicated to economic development.

The Valley City commission unanimously approved of the single-family housing pilot program during their meeting on January 21st.
